Thursday, August 29th: Afternoon: Departure from school and disband on-site

*You will be supervised from the school building.

Planning and management of each experience event

① Transportation between school and destination ② Explaining and guiding the theme ③ Leading ④ Japanese language support ⑤ Gathering the latest traffic and weather information ⑥ Time management ⑦ Confirming the number of participants ⑧ Ticket handover ⑨ Ensuring safety of participants in the event of an emergency ⑩ Contacting the school in case of trouble ? Contacting the school at the start and end of the event ? Taking and providing images for SNS ? Creating materials for the event (English, easy Japanese, etc.) etc.

90 minutes /180 minutes /270 minutes
